Architects Herbert and Mason have been engaged  to deliver an innovative new lobby experience. Scheduled to be complete in Q2, the new look lobby will offer premium finishes and furnishings, as well  as a carefully curated retail food and beverage offering to add a sense of community.

Welcome to a world of food and beverage at 530 Collins. Located on the podium level, the newly opened contemporary food experience includes The Ambient Food Group, Undercover Roasters, Sushi Yuzen, Spice Kitchen, Capri Restaurant & Bar and Noah’s Wine Bar.

Recently upgraded, 530 Collins now features cutting edge in-building technology. Optimising tenant health and wellbeing are upgraded air filtration and UV purification systems that produce 99% cleaner air. Touchless technology includes accessing lifts and opening doors via mobile phone.

Designs are well underway for a luxurious  End of Trip & Wellness Facility. Located on the  lower ground, this high-end facility will be accessed directly off King Street and will promote a healthier, more productive workplace.
